Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here. You might seem capable and in control on the outside, but inside things feel very different.
Many people I work with describe living with high‑functioning anxiety: keeping everything going while privately feeling stuck, in limbo, or overwhelmed. You may find yourself overthinking, replaying conversations, feeling unsure of who you are right now, or pushing through exhaustion because you feel you should be able to cope. To others you look fine, but inside you don’t feel fine at all.
These feelings often become stronger during life changes such as a breakup, a shift in direction, a move, or a period where life no longer feels familiar. Even when you’re functioning well, it can feel lonely to carry this on your own.
I offer a steady space where you don’t have to hold everything together. We explore what’s keeping you stuck or in limbo, why your anxiety feels so loud beneath the surface, and what you might need to feel more grounded and connected to yourself. There are no quick fixes or expectations to have everything figured out. We move at your pace.
